The Lachrimae pavan was evidently a bona fide 'hit' of its age, around 1604. There are many settings for this piece from Dowlands hand. Most known are the Consort setting called 'Flow my teares'. I love this music; the sadness, desperation and yet... hope for a better life. This is from me to all you out there, telling it's hope! I am also proud to announce that this arrangements now is available for purchase/download at www.per-olovkindgren.com both as tab and sheet music Per-Olov
